Disorient presents: GLAMTECH 2012 "The Magician"

DEPARTING: the southeast corner of Union Square next to Walgreens and Amore Pizza.
FREQUENCY: Every 15 to 30 minutes from 9:30pm - 2am.
COST: $5/person
Shuttles will go to the afterparty as well!

Join the Glamorous Technologists and GlamTech Warriors of Disorient as we return to shake the city out of its winter slumber and blast it into a new dimension of Technicolor pornj and large-than-life works of technological beauty.

Diamonds and circuit boards collide in a brave attempt to juxtapose two apparent opposites in the service of digital ecstasy. Mixing beauty with the machine, GlamTech is lip-gloss on RAM.

This year's sub-theme, The Magician, references the alchemy inherent in our experiment and salutes the magical power of personal and community-wide transformation that these events can manifest. Please dress accordingly and plan on making your own contribution to the magical theatre.

Happenings will include large-scale art, video, and music. Unexpected performances illustrating the Disorient experience with be presented throughout the night.
